| Article number: kb-6 | Q. How do I cancel my account?
A. Login to your bloober.com account
Click the View/Edit "Web hosting plans in your account"
then click on the lense icon next to the
hosting account you wish to cancel.
There should be a link that
says: "click here to cancel your account"
Use that link to request cancellation (for security reasons)
Make sure you read the notice that will come up
when you click that link.
Dont forget to cancel your paypal subscription
too.
Note: Cancelling your paypal subscription will not terminate your account. You will be liable for any charges that occur until the date a cancellation request is made. No partial refunds will be processed.
